Chi è Lilli?
Vivo in Italia in una piccola cittadina sul mare, in una casa piena di libri e oggetti trovati.
Sono curiosa, quindi mi piace apprendere con il cervello, il cuore e le mani.
L'artigianato per me è un'esperienza, oltretutto rilassante.
Creatrice di gioielli autodidatta, ho imparato a progettare anni fa come studentessa di architettura.
Who is
Lilli?
I live in Italy,
in a little town on the sea, in a house
full of books and finds.
I’m a
curious woman, so I like to learn by brain, heart and hands.
Crafting is
experience for me, relaxing too.
Self-taught
about making jewelry, I learned
planning as Architecture’s student, long
time ago.
Raccontaci il tuo processo creativo e come nasce l'idea per un nuovo oggetto.
Partendo dai colori, le forme, le superfici, seguo l'istinto e creo passo dopo passo. Progettazione e creazione vanno di pari passo. L'idea per un nuovo oggetto viene per caso.
Porto sempre con me un taccuino e una macchina fotografica per catturare qualcosa di interessante.
I miei bijoux sono un mix tra materiali tradizionali e qualunque cosa mi ispiri, anche i materiali riciclati, sperando di dar loro una seconda vita o una vita diversa.
Tell us your creative process and how comes the idea for new item.
Starting from colors, shapes, surfaces, I follow the instinct and plan step
by step.
Planning and making go together.The idea for a new item comes by chance.
I always
have with me a notebook and a camera to jot down something interesting.
My bijoux
are a mix between traditional materials and whatever inspire me,
recycled materials too, hoping to give them a
second life or a different life.
Se la tua vita fosse un romanzo o un film...quale sarebbe il titolo?
Forse sarebbe "On the road", o qualsiasi altro romanzo racconti della ricerca dentro e fuori noi stessi.
If your
life where a novel or a movie...what would be the title?
Would be
“On the road” maybe, or any other novel that tells about searching always in and out ourselves.
C'è un oggetto nel tuo negozio al quale sei particolarmente affezionata?
Si, una collana di stoffa riciclata, fatta con una vecchia camicia grigia, ritagli di pizzo blu e tulle.
Non so perché ma la adoro!
Is there in your shop an item to which you're particulary in fond of?
Yes, there is a recycled fabric necklace, made with an old grey shirt and pieces
of blue lace and tulle.
I don’t
know why, but I love it!

Il mio momento meraviglioso è quando leggo o creo.
What is the most wonderful moment in your day?
My wonderful moment is when I read or when I craft.
